You can withdraw from your contract online, with immediate confirmation of receipt.
VAT
All prices include statutory VAT. Books are subject to the reduced German VAT rate of 7%. This applies to the printed book (€19.90 per copy). Shipping for the printed edition is charged once per order: €4.90 within Germany, €7.90 to Austria, €8.90 to Switzerland and €12.90 to other EU countries.
Right of withdrawal for the printed edition (goods)
Withdrawal period
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day on which you, or a third party named by you, take possession of the goods.
Exercising the right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Rolf Kipp, Creek Vista, Reserve A, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, E-Mail book@rolfkipp.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter or email). The easiest way is our online withdrawal function via the “Withdraw from contract” button. Sending the notice before the period expires is sufficient.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return, whichever is earlier. You must return the goods to [NAME / FIRMA RÜCKSENDUNG], [STRASSE UND HAUSNUMMER], [PLZ ORT], Germany within 14 days of notifying us. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods.
